BambooMoves Monkton offers everything from gentle, beginner’s yoga to more advanced all-levels classes perfect for those with yoga experience. With multiple classes per day, BambooMoves Monkton makes it easy for you to find great yoga on the NCR trail. Whatever your experience level, start where you are – we’ll meet you there!
This multi-level class is recommended for experienced practitioners as well as newer students with a sense of adventure! Following the teacher’s cues, you’ll get to work at your own pace. Each class will include flowing sequences, hands-on assists, relaxation and meditation. Posture variations will be provided for all levels of practice. Newer students should be advised that there may not be detailed how-to descriptions; for that we recommend taking a Level I class.
A moderate paced class with a focus on deepening basic poses. In Level 1 class we string flowing movement throughout the practice and introduce creative transitions between poses. Perfect for a student with little or no experience.
A gently paced class that instills comfort and strength. Designed for those with mobility or other limitations, but also suitable for practitioners of all levels as well as pregnant women. Includes gentle movements, stretching, and breathing as well as restorative poses.
